• Once your package ships you will receive an email confirmation with courier tracking information. ​​

• We cannot ship to P.O Boxes, APO, or Military addresses

• We Cannot bill any outside UPS accounts

• We only ship via UPS. We do not use FedEx or GSO​

• Residential Address – We no longer charge $5 for residential packages.

• Adult Signature - REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY (Must be at least 21 years of age). 

• Delivery Change - Any package needing change after it has already been tendered to UPS, will incur an $18 "Change Request" charge. This is per package, not per shipment. (ex: Deliver to a different address, Delay Delivery for future date, will-call, etc.)

• Returned Shipments - Returned / Undeliverable packages are subject to additional charge. Depending on the details of that shipment, ishipwine.com will determine the return shipping cost equal to but not over the standard shipping rates. Re-shipment of that package will also be subject to charges equal to the original shipment.

Be sure to track your package and its expected delivery date, so an adult can be present to sign for your box.

When you receive your delivery notification you can arrange with the courier directly with any special delivery instructions. i.e a gate code, or alterations of delivery.
